Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase as long as it is in re-sellable condition , unworn and in it's original packaging within 21 days of purchase.


Before purchasing you can review your shopping basket and make changes to it if you wish. You will then be asked to provide your credit or debit card details and a delivery address. All orders are accepted and you will then be notified if there are any problems with the authorisation of your card.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta and Solo. We do not accept American Express.


You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received by us, and you will receive a receipt with your purchased items.

Stock can fluctuate regularly. An accepted on-line order is not a guarantee that the item is in stock. If this is the case we will contact you before taking any payment from your credit card.

Postage and Packing Cost

Each item you purchase is weighed and charged for at current royal mail charges. You will see the delivery charges before you give your card details.

Overseas Orders

We are now open to all customers and delivery addresses worldwide, obviously delivery charges would vary from those stated above.


We are happy to accept returns of unsuitable items. These must be unworn, in their original packaging and able to be re-sold. Return must be made within 21 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
